In our Leadership Development Dimension, when we are discussing about SELF. The second part on being yourself is to ensure you are alignment to something you believe and value in.
This is true in self alignment. Before we become who we are, we were someone else. It was like when we were young. We were always trying emulate someone else. Emulating our parents, our teacher, our favourite super hero and so on. Once we knew who we are we, we became who we are. And who we are have values and beliefs.
You just need to find out and align ourselves to that.
